The Opportunity
As a chat moderator at SAYTV, you will play a vital role in how our clients’ communities experience our chat platform and engagement technology. Working with the on-call account manager, you will be responsible for delivering an impeccable experience for sports, betting and OTT-fans by keeping chats alive and providing valuable information or entertainment opportunities to fans.

- Ability to organize yourself and high sense of responsibility and discipline (you might be working at night and it’s essential you stay focused during the whole shift)
- Quick apprehension of tasks and the ability to execute them diligently in a timely manner

The Opportunity
As a Business Development Representative at SAYTV, you will play a vital role in driving lead development and opportunity generation. Working closely with our Sales teams, Marketing, Business Operations, and other business units, you will be responsible for achieving budgeted KPIs and for qualified opportunity creation.

- Engage and nurture inbound leads generated through marketing efforts and website visits.
- Identify top prospects, key contacts, and tailor effective messages for each account to generate interest via phone and email.
- Support funnel building by actively participating in marketing programs and attending shows and events.
- Efficiently plan daily and weekly call schedules to ensure prompt follow-up with all inbound leads.
- Conduct timely cold calls and continuously expand knowledge of SAYTV's products, messaging, differentiation, industry trends, and competition.
- Develop a territory plan to effectively target potential clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records within Hubspot to facilitate opportunity pipeline management.
- Achieve or surpass quarterly quotas for qualified sales meetings and opportunity creation.
Your skills
- Fluent in verbal and written communication in English.
- Relevant experience in a customer-facing roles with knowledge of using CRM software and a basic understanding of a BDR's workflow.
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in business preferred.
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience in calling and engaging prospects at all levels of large multinational organizations.
- A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
- May be required to travel on an ad-hoc basis.
