CPL T20 Raffle
Promotion Description:
SAYTV Ltd. will grant one lucky winner the opportunity to receive a signed merchandise shirt featuring a CPL club. Users of the CPL Chat App are eligible to join the raffle by answering five quiz questions directly in the app correctly.
Eligibility:
In order to to eligible you must be at least 18 years old. To enter the raffle, a person must at least download the app and sign up with their e-mail address. Users who sign up by using their apple ID are not eligible to participate since SAYTV Ltd. has no possibility of contacting them privately.
Official Prize:
The prize for this raffle is a Team T-Shirt (only one size available) signed by a CPL celebrity which will be sent to the lucky winner. It’s not possible to exchange the prize for money. The T-Shirt will be posted to the winner free of charge. SAYTV Ltd. does not assume responsibility for lost packages.
Winner Selection:
The raffle will end on 16/08/2023 and the winner will be announced soon after the raffle end date. The winner will be chosen in a random drawing and will be notified by email.
The potential winner is subject to verification by the SAYTV Ltd. whose decision is final and binding in all matters related to the Raffle. An entrant is not a winner, unless and until entrant’s eligibility has been verified. The winner is responsible for providing the correct postal address for the package to be mailed to. If the package cannot be delivered for any reason the winner forfeits the right to the prize. In this case SAYTV Ltd. will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing among all remaining eligible entries.
Privacy:
The winner’s name or username or any other contact details will only be used with regards to the raffle and will never the publicly announced. Any data that is no longer required will be deleted.
General Conditions:
SAYTV Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Raffle, or any part of it, if any fraud, or other factor beyond SAYTV Ltd.’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Raffle, as determined by SAYTV Ltd. in its sole discretion. In such event, SAYTV Ltd. reserves the right to award the prize at random from among eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. SAYTV Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual, without compensation, it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Raffle or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Raffle may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, SAYTV Ltd. reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. SAYTV Ltd.’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Limitation of Liability:
The Released Parties are not liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Raffle; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Raffle; (3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Raffle or the processing of entries; or (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Raffle or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Raffle.
